We only collect data that you voluntarily provide through the contact form on networktesters.eu:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Company name (optional)
- Message content
Additionally, for technical and security purposes, the server automatically logs the sender's IP address.
3. Purpose and legal basis
a) Handling your inquiry
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by checking the consent box in the contact form. We process your data to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote and conduct business communication.
b) Contract performance
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — when your inquiry leads to placing an order.
c) Legitimate interest
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — for defense against claims and ensuring IT system security.
4. Data retention
Contact form data is retained for the period necessary to handle the inquiry, followed by the period required by law (particularly tax and accounting regulations if a transaction occurred) or until you withdraw your consent — whichever comes first.
If no further cooperation follows, form data is deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may only be shared with:

networktesters.eu does not use cookies for user tracking or marketing purposes. We do not use Google Analytics or any tracking tools. The website only uses Google Fonts as an external resource for font rendering.
